Community rules

Draft text — pending legal review before launch.
1. Be respectful
Treat everyone with courtesy. No harassment, threats, insults, or hate speech targeting people for who they are.
2. Stay on topic and useful
Post in the right category and give enough detail for others to help. Search before asking, and mark the answer that solved your problem.
3. No politics
This community is about everyday life in Cambodia. Political campaigning, party promotion and election content are not allowed and are held for moderator review. In categories such as Government Services, discuss procedures and requirements — not politics.
4. No spam or scams
No advertising, link-dropping, get-rich-quick offers, or fake jobs and listings. Do not post the same thing repeatedly, bump old posts, or use bots or automated tools to post. If you represent a business or have a financial interest in what you recommend, say so. If you spot a scam, report it.
5. No illegal or harmful content
Do not post sexual or explicit material, graphic violence, content that exploits or endangers children, content that promotes self-harm, or anything that encourages or helps with illegal activity.
6. Protect privacy
Do not post other people's personal data (phone numbers, ID numbers, addresses) or photos of private individuals without their consent. Do not name and shame: do not accuse named people or businesses of crimes or scams without evidence. Use the report button instead.
7. Be honest
Do not present guesses as professional advice — for health, legal and financial matters, consult a qualified professional. Do not post fake reviews or misleading information.
8. One real account per person
Do not impersonate other people, organisations or moderators, and do not create extra accounts to get around a suspension or ban. Keep your login details to yourself.
9. Respect copyright
Only post text, images and other material that you created or have the right to share, and credit your sources.
10. Stay safe
Never send money in advance to someone you have not verified, and do not share OTP codes or passwords. When meeting someone from the community, choose a public place and tell a friend.
11. Reporting and moderation
Use the report button on any post or comment that breaks these rules. Reports are reviewed by moderators; false or abusive reports are also a rule violation. Some posts are held for review automatically. Moderators may remove content that breaks these rules, and repeated or serious violations can lead to a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. If you think an action was a mistake, you can appeal it from your notifications.
